Provides free mediation services tenant/landlord counseling services for much of Santa Clara County.

Mediation is a process in which a neutral, trained mediator meets with all parties in a dispute to help them try to resolve their conflict. The mediator helps the parties to express their views and to understand one another and then to reach a solution. Most cases that come to mediation are successfully resolved. Utilizes AT&T Language Line service.

Small Claims Mediation Program
